  1. Rice, I eat rice
  2. I’ve been playing for 9-8 years very inconsistently until high school
  3. Through tennis, I learned the fundamentals of being apart of a team and enjoying yourself though it’s competitive.
  4. We are always watching each other’s game and providing advice to improve
  5. Not tennis related but I love Mark Tuan, he is my motivation
  6. One of my biggest challenges was from CIF individuals. All the players were amazing and I learned so much from playing and watching them.
  7. Coach Lou really helped me improve my game and provided me with a better mindset when I’m playing tennis.
  8. A memorable game for me was our final season match against LQ. I was nervous but ended up winning all sets.
  9. I was feeling hopeless when I played quarterfinal round at league finals. My opponent and I played for three straight hours until our legs were numb.
  10. I started trusting my shots and taking in advice from my coach and teammates who were spectating. I told myself I could persevere and I did.
  11. I like to think of things that make me happy. Usually it’s Mark Tuan, boba, or doggos.
